Finally Home’s Family Wellness Instructor Training is an interactive, three-day, 24 hour workshop that provides certification for facilitators to instruct foster, adoptive, and kinship families in their community using the Survival Skills for Foster, Adoptive, and Kinship Families programs. It is designed for educators, mental health professionals, ministers, social workers, therapists, community leaders, and others interested in helping families.
In the training you will learn the theoretical foundation of the Family Wellness model, and how to help families change. We also teach you how to develop your own Family Wellness series, funding and marketing techniques, and how to work with a variety of audiences, including children.
