Content taken from Finally Home & Family Wellness’ Survival Skills For Foster, Adoptive and Kinship Families Program. This psychoeducational family strengthening curriculum is recognized by Larimer County and Weld County Departments of Human Services, along with multiple other departments across the state and country. (Please verify with your caseworker for permission to submit for attendance credit.)

Each session includes handouts and optional fun activities to do with your family.
